2016 1st Journal Conference on Machine Learning and Computing (JCMLC 2016 1st) aims to provide a forum for researchers,  pactitioners, and professinals from the industry, academia and government to discourse on research and development, professional practice in machine learning and computing related techniques. JCMLC 2016 1st will be held in Hong Kong during March 12-14, 2016. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of machine learning and computing. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving knowledge engineering related techniques.

All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. 

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing.

All the registered papers will be published into International Journal of Machine Learning and Computing (IJMLC ISSN: 2010-3700 available at: http://www.ijmlc.org/list-6-1.html), and distributed at the conference. The journal will be indexed by EI (INSPEC, IET), Google Scholar, Crossref, ProQuest, Electronic Journals Library, and DOAJ
